Registration of groups
Anyone coming in a group of more than 12 is kindly asked to give prior notice of their visit. This ensures that the museum rooms do not become overcrowded.

Booking tours
The National Museum’s guides allow you to get an overview of the highlights of the exhibition and the architecture and history of the Neues Museum in a series of groups tours, available at a time of your choosing; specific themes and a special focus for the tour can be requested by phone.
Tour, in German: 60 euros / hour
Tour, in foreign language: 65 euros / hour

Licensed tours need to be registered
Those coming with their own guide, are requested to register the tour and pay a fee of 25 euros.

Group ticket office: Ticket stand outside the Neues Museum, Bodestraße.
