Registration of groups
Anyone coming in a group of more than 12 is kindly asked to give prior notice of the visit. Inform yourself beforehand, either by phone or online, about the availability of times for groups. We keep certain times free for professional guides.

Booking tours
The National Museum’s guides allow you to get an overview of the highlights of the exhibition and the architecture and history of the Neues Museum in a series of groups tours, available at a time of your choosing; specific themes for to the tour can be requested by phone.
Tour, in German: 60 euros / hour
Tour, in foreign language: 65 euros / hour

Licensed tours need to be registered
Those coming with their own guide, are requested to register the tour and pay a fee of 25 euros..

Voucher customers
Operators registering more than 100 visitors per month at the National Museums in Berlin have the opportunity to agree on their own terms for the payment of vouchers.
